netDocShare Sync Admin app Installation Guide

Installation

You can access the netDocShare Sync Admin app by entering sync.netdocshare.com in any browser

Users need to provide the valid Email ID to completed the login process.

There is no installation required for netDocShare Sync Admin Web app as it is an online service.  Once you log in you will be able to use the Sync Admin app. Please see the detailed guide for the Sync Admin app for further information.

Silent Installation

1. Extract the "netDocShare Sync - Admin Desktop app.zip" file.
2. Open Command Prompt as Administrator.
3. Navigate to the directory where the extracted folder is located.
4. In the command prompt, run the following command, replacing <license key> with your actual license key: "netDocShare Sync - Admin Desktop app.exe" /VERYSILENT /LICENSE=<license key>
   
5. Add either /ALLUSERS or /CURRENTUSER between /VERYSILENT and /LICENSE to specify the installation location.​
   
6. Press Enter to execute the command.
